Gertrude Lott’s 22-year-old grandson suspected of stabbing and killing her

The parade of depravity continues. Wichita police suspect a 22-year-old man of stabbing and killing his grandmother, Gertrude Lott, Thursday morning.

Lott, 69, was stabbed repeatedly in the torso with several different weapons, the Wichita Eagle reported. Lt. Ken Landwehr told the Eagle that Lott’s 22-year-old grandson is being held on suspicion of first-degree murder. Killing grandma is about as low as it gets.
