Earl Watson led police on a high-speed chase, crashed and left his wife and kids in the burning car

With three small children and his wife in the car, Earl Watson led police on a high-speed chase through Independence last Fourth of July. This didn’t end well for Watson and company. He ended up crashing into a median and flipping his red Pontiac Grand Am on the car’s top, which caught on fire.

Since Watson is such an upstanding guy, he left his wife and kids in the burning car and took off running.
