Man found dead downtown Sunday morning may have frozen to death

If it wasn’t bad enough that Kansas Citians are killing each other, now the weather is freezing people to death. 

A man was found dead next to a fence at Ninth and McGee Sunday morning.

Saturday’s temperature of 12 degrees and cutting wind has led to speculation that the man died due to cold weather.
