KU ticket scandal, bad economy open up basketball season tickets for you!

Remember how mad you were when you heard about the federal investigation of the illegal sales of Kansas Jayhawk basketball tickets? Some good has come out of the scandal. Season tickets are now available for Kansas men’s basketball games.

That’s right. Allen Fieldhouse isn’t sold out for the first time since the early oughts. The Star reports that between 400 and 500 tickets still remain for this season — with reasons ranging from the bad economy to the ticket scandal opening up seats. But if you want ’em, you better be ready to shell out big bucks.
