Mike Posner‘s tour is primarily made up of college towns. After all, kids who use biology textbook pages as rolling papers aren’t just Posner’s crowd; they’re his peers. The budding hip-hop artist and MTV favorite is catching ears with tracks like “Drug Dealer Girl” — Posner’s best shot at a love song — that supply the same tipsy swagger as Asher Roth’s novelty hit “I Love College”:

Sure that you’re never ever gonna be a runway model / but you can make a bomb-ass piece out of a water bottle.

He’s also a current student at Duke University (the same frat-tastic school that spawned notorious asshole Tucker Max), so his tunes don’t slack on the clever line twists. Catch him at Liberty Hall on April 23.
