I Am A Patient Boy

I went to the dentist yesterday, and as the hygienist worked on scrubbing the coffee stains off my teeth, the radio was set on one of those “lite FM” stations, and I was subjected to a train of horrendous music: things like Jewel‘s “Foolish Games,” which is actually not the worst thing I’ve ever had to hear in a doctor’s office. That honor would have to go to the back-to-back Air Supply‘s “All Out of Love” and Kenny Loggins‘ “What A Fool Believes” when getting a post-surgery checkup.

What’s the worst music you’ve been subjected to in a waiting room, restaurant (I worked in a Jimmy John’s where my coworkers insisted on playing Do or Die every night), or standing in line somewhere?
