Megan Phelps-Roper, prolific videographer and granddaughter of outspoken gay-person-despiser Fred Phelps, is up to her old tricks again. The “Weird Al of hate,” as Pitch staffer Peter Rugg calls her, has turned her critical eye back to that proud whore Lady Gaga, this time for a thought-provoking parody of “Telephone.”
Think I’m going No Commentary on this one. (As always, your comments are strongly encouraged.) All you need to know is that it’s called “Ever Burn” and that it is about not forgiving people whose lifestyle you disagree with, which is one of the main tenets of Christianity as I understand it. And let me tell you, if you like “Ever Burn,” then you’re gonna love Phelps-Roper’s other work, which Elke nicely compiled here.
