Ladies of Lawrence Artwork GIANT this Sunday

The Ladies of Lawrence Artwork (aka LOLA) have their big year-ender show this Sunday, December 20. It’s called “LOLA Giant,” and features pretty much all of the artists who fall under the LOLA aegis.

It’s at Lawrence’s Van Go Arts, 715 New Jersey St., from noon to 7:00 p.m. A complete list of participating artists is available at the LOLA blog.

Suffice it to say, if you missed Sip & Shop, this is your last real chance to get some cool handmade, local stuff for Christmas gifts without having to wander in and out of galleries all over hell and creation. There’s 25 artists on display, and you’ll be able to find anything you could possibly want: t-shirts, jewelry, frameable art, soap, and even cakes.

Hit this shit up, and do something cool for once. You think your mom wants another bottle of perfume, or that your dad needs another tie? Hell, no! Get ’em something decent and thoughtful instead.
