In what’s becoming a clear case of Shon Pernice v. The World, the Star reports the embattled (presumably) single father pleaded not guilty in Clay Superior Court today to two misdemeanor counts of child endangerment and two felony counts of witness tampering following an alleged night of drunken belligerence on the Fourth of July.
