Woman shot twice during morning full of attempted carjackings in Kansas City

Thursday morning started bloody in Kansas City.

Robbers shot a woman twice in what may have been an attempted carjacking near East 52nd and Eastern around 6 a.m., KMBC Channel 9 reported.

Somehow the woman made her way to a neighbor’s house to call for help. The woman reportedly has serious injuries but is now in stable condition.
