Toni L. Payne, Killa City homicide 43: Fatally shot Tuesday evening
Kansas City police say Toni L. Payne was the victim of a homicide in the 3000 block of East
31st Street.
Payne, 25, was found from an apparent gunshot wound around 6:26 p.m. Tuesday.
Witnesses told police that they saw a black man leaving the scene in a gray, four-door sedan.
Kansas City, Missouri, has recorded 24 homicides in 2010.
