Raul Dieguez accused of shooting and killing Juan Garcia on Memorial Day
Raul Dieguez, wanted for the homicide of Juan Garcia on May 31, was found hiding in a basement yesterday.
Dieguez, 20, was arrested and charged
with second-degree murder and armed criminal action.
