Failed Plaza car thief wanted by Kansas City police

Broken window, check. Steering column busted, check. Car stolen, fail. Kansas City police are looking for the guy on the right, who they say tried and failed (luckily) to steal a car from a Plaza parking garage last week.

The guy just couldn’t get the car to start, the Star reported. Unfortunately, he did get away with a big bag of merchandise. Do you recognize the creep?
