Sparky was a jail doggie, and the inmates taught him sign language, so now he can put his paw in your hand and know he’s a good doggie. He learned it at the South Central Correctional Center in Licking, Missouri. Didn’t he? Who was taught to communicate by convicted felons? Sparky! Aww.
