John Jones, punk who pulled knife during bar fight, will continue to sit in prison

Attention barroom brawlers: The presence of alcohol and cocaine in the bloodstream does not make it OK to spill on the floor.

John Jones and a friend were playing pool at the Wild West Bar on East Truman Road when they took offense to a joke. An argument ensued. The bartender, Kelly Hutchens, told Jones and his friend to pipe down, and when they refused, Hutchens asked the men to leave. Jones reached across the bar and grabbed Hutchens’ arm, an act of unchilvarly that Hutchens’ boyfriend, Andy Wright, happened to be in the bar to witness for himself.
