Terrell D. Crout charged with killing Avion D. Williamson

Avion D. Williamson was unarmed when Terrell D. Crout allegedly shot and killed him inside a bus depot at 39th and Troost on February 22.

Crout, 18, allegedly shot Williamson, 18, several times with a semi-automatic handgun around 1:45 p.m. that day.  

Jackson County prosecutors charged Crout yesterday with first-degree murder and armed criminal action.
