Homicide investigation in Independence after body found in a car on North Forest Street

Some say the homicides slow down when the weather gets colder. Apparently not the case today.

KMBC Channel 9 reports that Independence police are on the scene of a homicide. A man was found shot to death inside a car outside of a home in the 700 block of North Forest Street in Independence, Missouri.
