Felipe Herrera-Quintana is Kansas City, Kansas’ ninth homicide victim of 2011

Last Friday afternoon, Kansas City, Kansas, police were called to a burglary at North 10th and Ford. There they found the body of 54-year-old Felipe Herrera-Quintana, who had been shot to death.

Herrera-Quintana’s killing is especially depressing after reading KMBC’s report. A neighbor told the TV station that Herrera-Quintana and his wife were “inseparable.”
