Evangel Douglas, KCMO homicide No. 70

Kansas City police say 19-year-old Evangel Douglas is the city’s 70th homicide victim of 2010.

Douglas’ body was found inside a town home in the 6200 block of North Pennsylvania around 10:34 p.m. Wednesday. He was shot to death.

Police are still trying to figure out who killed Douglas. If you
