David Allen Hickey, Kansas foster parent, accused of trying to arrange sex with a 13-year-old (aka an undercover cop)

If creepy old guys haven’t realized that underage children aren’t in chat rooms waiting to have sex with them, then they’re never going to learn. The latest creeper, David Allen Hickey, allegedly used a Yahoo chat room to meet a “13-year-old girl” at a McDonald’s for sex on Friday night. 

Of course, the 13-year-old was really and undercover cop. When the cops arrested Hickey, they figured out he wasn’t just any collar. Hickey, according to KMBC Channel 9, is a 37-year-old married father of two — and a Kansas foster parent who has cared for 10 children.
