Johnson County District Attorney Steve Howe has a decision to make. Will he pick up where Phill Kline left off and continue the investigation of Planned Parenthood?

The Kansas Supreme Court has kicked the 107-count criminal case against Planned Parenthood back to Johnson County District Court for more action, the Topeka Capital-Journal reported. So the case can go forward but with some restrictions “on the testimony of several potential witnesses and limits on what documents

they can be ordered to produce.”
