Derek Hardin accused of killing man in 2003

On the day after what would have been Chauncey Calhoun‘s 28th birthday, Kansas City police officers arrested the man they believe killed him.

Derek Hardin was arrested on November 22nd of this year for the September 2003 homicide.

Calhoun, 20, was shot several times while sitting in the passenger seat of a

car at 15th Terrace and Woodland on September 5, 2003. He later died

from his injuries at Truman Medical Center.
