Sedale Fox sentenced to 24 years for killing his pregnant girlfriend

Sedale Fox will serve 24 years in prison for killing his pregnant girlfriend, Olivia Jackson, in Lansing, Kansas, in January 2008.

Fox, 26, pleaded guilty to two counts of second-degree murder in April 2010.

Authorities believe that Fox tried to bomb Jackson’s home 11 days before fatally shooting her.

Fox had faced capital murder charges that could have led to him receiving the death penalty. KCTV 5 reported that prosecutors didn’t believe they had enough evidence to go forward with the cap murder charge.
