Tiffany Campbell tells Kansas lawmakers why she had an abortion; were they listening?

A former Olathe woman bravely explained to lawmakers why she had an abortion five years ago during testimony Thursday for a bill that would ban abortions after 22 weeks. Republican lawmakers claim that fetuses can feel pain at
that time.
Tiffany Campbell testified before the House Federal and State Affairs Committee, the Wichita Eagle reports, and she told lawmakers that she was pregnant with twin boys but learned that one of the twins was getting too much blood — and the other not enough — so she made the choice to have an abortion so one of her twins had a chance of surviving.
