Flood waters cover prairie wildflowers landscaping project

Pitch systems specialist Matt Spencer snapped the above photo this morning at the Lamar exit on Interstate 35. Spencer says the creek next to I-35 crested, covering a new landscaping project of prairie wildflowers and nearly reaching the highway.
