Andre Bess, ex-Hope Faith Ministries worker, fatally shot in Raytown

A double shooting in Raytown Tuesday left Andre M. Bess dead and an 18-year-old man wounded.

The shooting occurred around 10:25 p.m. in the 7100 block of Crisp Avenue.
