Naked 2-year-old girl found outside of Shawnee apartment complex

Shopping at Big Lots is not a good excuse for leaving your young children home alone. Doesn’t matter if it’s an hour or 30 minutes, a crib is not a babysitter for a 10-month-old. And a 2-year-old is bound to get restless, strip off her clothes and be found on the street in 30-degree weather.

At least that’s what happened in Shawnee earlier this week, when a neighbor spotted the little girl out in the cold near the Thomasbrook Apartments near 75th Street and Nieman Road, according to KCTV5. Obviously, this was a case of the horrible parentings.
