Aggie Stackhaus in the mud at Rockfest? Check out the photos!

In the muddy aftermath of this year’s Rockfest, Kansas City Parks Board commissioner Aggie Stackhaus was the loudest critic.

Stackhaus told The Kansas City Star that she didn’t want the annual rock concert to return to Penn Valley Park because of concertgoers’ lack of manners.
