New school funding lawsuit filed against the state of Kansas

Here we go again. A coalition of Kansas school districts has filed a new lawsuit against the state of Kansas.

Attorneys for Schools For Fair Funding, the coalition of 63 Kansas school districts, filed a lawsuit today in Shawnee County District Court, alleging the state violated the Kansas Constitution in the way that it funds schools and has deprived the state’s children of a fundamental right to an education.
