Two arrested in connection with death of 3-week-old girl
Liberty police arrested two people yesterday in connection with the death of a 3-week-old girl, The Kansas City Star reports.
The child’s cause of death hasn’t been determined yet and no charges have been filed, the Star says. So we don’t know any names.
On Monday, paramedics and police officers responded to a call of an
infant
who had stopped breathing at 1270 Missouri Court in Liberty. The infant
was pronounced dead at Children’s Mercy Hospital on Tuesday afternoon.
Police initially classified the child’s death as a “death investigation.”
