Michael E. Baker Jr., Killa City homicide No. 24: Found dead at 24th and Highland

Kansas City police have identified 20-year-old Michael E. Baker Jr. as the victim of Sunday night’s homicide near the intersection of 24th Street and Highland.

Officers were called to the intersection around 11:55 p.m., where they found Baker showing no signs of life. Baker was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police still have not released the Baker’s cause of death.

Baker is Kansas City, Missouri’s 11th homicide victim of 2010.
