UPDATE: The death of the man found decapitated under the Interstate 635 bridge has been rule a suicide by the Wyandotte County coroner. The Star explains how (and it’s not pretty): “The man had jumped off a bridge near Interstate 635 at the Missouri River with a rope around his neck, the coroner said.”
