Otis W. Pratt, KCMO homicide 67: Pratt’s teenage son discovered body Monday morning

Early Monday morning, Otis W. Pratt‘s teenage son discovered his father’s body inside his home in the 3200 block of Victor.

Now, police are calling the 58-year-old’s death a homicide — Kansas City, Missouri’s 67th of 2010.
