Bonner Springs city employees required to attend mandatory holiday party

Bonner Springs’ city manager knows how to kill the fun of a holiday party. Just require all of the city’s employees to attend and tag it as a team building event. Oh, and make it booze free.

KCTV5 reported that city employees in Bonner Springs, Kansas, have to attend the city’s holiday party on Friday afternoon at the Speedway Grill and Bar. And if they don’t like it, they can’t go in to work. They can take a vacation day or take the three hours off without pay. That’s some bullshit.
