Do you recognize this child? KCPD needs help finding her parents (updated)

Update (11:15 a.m. June 21): Kansas City police have found the parents of the little girl found wandering alone near Independence Avenue and Wilson earlier this morning.

Police say the little girl’s father said she must have gone outside to play while he was sleeping. He contacted police when he couldn’t find her (the family lives in the 6400 block of East 12th Street). Police say no charges will be filed at this time.
