The Rhonda Chriss Lokeman DUI video, part III

The next set of videos showing former Kansas City Star columnist Rhonda Chriss Lokeman’s arrest for allegedly driving drunk features the arresting officer explaining how the traffic stop went down. Sounds like Lokeman didn’t believe that her minivan had only three tires.

After the jump, hear Lokeman claim that she only had one glass of wine and refuse a breathalyzer test.
