Killa City: KCMO homicide No. 30
Two people died in weekend shootings. At 3:18 a.m. Saturday, Kansas City Police found a man in his late 20s or early 30s fatally shot in an upstairs apartment at 1210 Independence Avenue, according to Crime Scene KC.
No one else was in the apartment and the police didn’t have any information on a suspect.
Update (4:27 p.m., Monday, April 6): Kansas City Police identified Saturday morning’s homicide victim as 28-year-old William E. Harmon of Kansas City, Missouri. There isn’t anyone in custody and police ask tipsters to call 816-474-8477.
