Killa City: KCMO homicide No. 37, Steven L. James

Yesterday, the Jackson County Medical Examiner officially ruled the death of Steven L. James a homicide. Police have yet to release the cause of death.

The manager of an apartment complex at 8803 Millwood Drive found James’ decomposing body on April 12. The manager hadn’t seen James for two days.
