The Clay Way

On Wednesday, Clay Chastain took city officials, engineers and the media on a tour of the light-rail line that voters approved last November. The ride began, fittingly enough, with a fare. Chastain asked each of us to drop $10 into a hat to cover the cost of the Chevy van rented for the occasion.
