Police search for missing blind man with dementia

Police are looking for Richard Solis, a blind man with dementia and a seizure disorder who has been missing since he went on a walk in Northeast Kansas City at around 8 p.m. Saturday (8/27). He requires multiple medications.

Solis is 63 years old, 5 feet 8 inches, and about 185 pounds. He was last seen wearing a KC Royals ball cap, a dark shirt, and jeans in the area of 18th Street and Cambridge in KCMO.
