Fabion Josenberger shot to death at 31st and Washington in KCK
UPDATE: The homicide victim from 31st and Washington last Thursday has been identified as 22-year-old Fabion Josenberger, of KCK.
Original Story (September 7): Another day, another homicide. The latest is in Kansas City, Kansas, where police found a man shot to death at 31st and Washington around 4:30 p.m. Thursday.
Police initially found just a vehicle damaged by gunfire. But further investigation turned up the homicide victim, who is described as a black male in his 20s.
