Jamal Young charged in Brandon Wright’s homicide; witnesses say a gang feud led to the 18-year-old’s death
A gang feud led to the July 15 drive-by shooting death of 18-year-old Brandon Wright at 26th and Euclid.
Now 19-year-old Jamal Young is accused in Wright’s slaying. But Young, who was also shot that night, was a friend of Wright’s. Young is charged with second-degree murder, unlawful use of a weapon and armed criminal action for allegedly starting the incident that led to Wright’s death.
