Amber Searles and 4-month-old daughter Kyra Searles-Davis found dead in Olathe; Adam Davis charged
UPDATE (September 21): The father of the 4-month-old girl killed in a double homicide Friday evening is now facing two counts of first-degree murder.
Adam Davis, 31, is accused of killing his daughter, Kyra Searles-Davis, and her mother, 24-year-old Amber Searles. The Star reported that police haven’t released how the mother and daughter were killed, but they were not shot.
The bodies were discovered inside their Johnson County home at 1056 East Huntington Circle around 5:35 p.m. on Friday.
