Richard Gibisas accused of trying to abduct three little girls, allegedly had child porn on his phone
Today in creepy: Richard Gibisas of Overland Park is accused of trying to abduct three girls in Wheatland, Missouri.
Fox 4 reported that Gibisas, 55, is charged with three counts of attempted child kidnapping, tampering with evidence and possession of child pornography. He allegedly was cruising around the block where the girls — ages 7, 10 and 12 — were playing, and he ended up stopping and telling the girls that he was coming to get them.
