Mizzou application to the SEC ‘imminent’, The New York Times reports
The University of Missouri’s application to join the SEC is “imminent,” The New York Times reported Monday.
The Times cited “a university official with direct knowledge of the situation” saying Mizzou’s application was “inevitable and imminent.” The process of withdrawing from the Big 12 and applying to the SEC is reportedly set to begin at a board of curators meeting Thursday and Friday at the University of Missouri-Kansas City. Kinda funny that the process will begin in the Missouri city that will be hurt most by the move.
