Update (2:47 p.m. August 13): Kansas City police have identified the victim as 27-year-old Kenny R. Warren of KCMO.

Original Story (8 a.m. August 13): The killing on Kansas City’s streets continued overnight. An unnamed man’s body was found on a sidewalk near 24th and Quincy around 2:38 a.m.
