Original Story (February 2): This is the most disturbing story I’ve read so far during the last couple of days of winter-storm coverage. According to the Lawrence Journal-World, a 14-year-old boy reported being sexually assaulted by a man after his family’s car broke down along Interstate 35 near Ottawa around 10 p.m. Monday.
