11-year-old boy accused of killing David Paul Champ in Independence

As if we needed any more proof that the metro area is a fucked up place, an 11-year-old Independence boy has been charged with murder in Jackson County Juvenile Court.

The Star reports that the charge makes the boy “one of the youngest ever charged with murder in Jackson County.” Just sad.
