An incident report taken by the Kansas City Police Department gives these details: The alleged rape happened after a teacher left the students alone in his classroom. The male student allegedly locked the classroom door, took the girl into a corner, reached down the girl’s pants and touched her vagina. Then he asked if he could put his penis in the girl’s mouth. She said no and tried to leave the room, but the male student tried to wrap his arms around her. The girl fell over a chair, and the male student allegedly pulled down the girl’s pants and raped her. The victim told her teacher, but he supposedly blew it off and told her to “stop tattling.”

The victim’s aunt told police that a rape kit examination was taken and “doctors observed vaginal bruising.”

KSHB Channel 41 reports that the teacher has been “reassigned.”
