Speaking Out-Domestic Violence Awareness @ Kansas City Public Library- Plaza Branch | Kansas City | Missouri | United States

October is National Domestic Abuse Awareness month. We believe increasing awareness and breaking the cycle of domestic violence is important to our community’s future.
Join The Key Coalition and Young Mother’s Educated as we help raise awareness for domestic violence.
Speaking Out- Domestic Violence Awareness is an event designed to
raise awareness about domestic violence. Hear the stories of local survivors, learn the signs, be encouraged through song and poetry, learn of local resources available in the community and find out what you could do to help raise awareness.
Also, meet and hear from our special guest Andrea “Drea” Kelly who will be interviewed by Kansas City’s very own Sean Tyler.
